The first step is filling out the Let's talk form and sharing your love story and wedding plans.  I LOVE this part...I want to hear all about you and your fiance' and learn your vision for your special day!   After receiving your Let's talk form,  I'll contact you to schedule an in-person meeting or if you are not local we can meet up on face time to answer any questions you may have.  If we are a good fit, you will sign the online contract and pay the retainer fee, which is 1/4 of the total wedding package price.

The next step is to set a date for your engagement session.  If you plan to use the images from your session on your save-the-date announcements, I recommend your engagement session be scheduled at least 6 months before your wedding date.  Couples who are not using the images for their save-the-date announcement have more flexibility and can schedule this session any date prior to the wedding date.

I can help in choosing a location for your session if needed but I recommend you choose a location that is meaningful to you as a couple.  This is a great time for me to get to know you and for you to experience being in front of my camera.  No need to worry!  This is going to be a fun, relaxed, enjoyable time and you are going to have fantastic engagement pictures!

Three months before the wedding, I will email you a questionnaire to complete that will provide details I will need such as location, time-frame, and reception event details.  After I receive your responses, I will put together a customized timeline for your day.  I will take into account everything including the possible first-look, ceremony start time, family portrait combinations, and any other details that might be unique to your ceremony.

We will work together, or I can work with your wedding planner/coordinator ensuring that you won't have to worry about anything on your special day.  Your only job on the wedding day is to have an amazing time celebrating with friends and family!

Your big day is finally here!  I will arrive at the location you have chosen to get dressed for the ceremony.  My second photographer will photograph the men, while I focus on the bride and bridesmaids.  My staff will have the daily timeline and will follow it to ensure we capture all of your special moments.  Once your reception concludes, we will give you hugs and congratulations as everyone sends you off on your honeymoon!

I know you will be anxious to see the photographs, so I will post a preview image to our social media from your big day within 48 hours of the wedding.  I will spend the next 4-6 weeks editing your images and preparing them for your online gallery.  Our couples receive approximately 500-700 images based on the details of the day!

If you have chosen a signature album, you will be provided a special link to choose your favorite images from your wedding day to be used in your album.  Wedding albums combine your favorite images into one beautiful album to tell the story of your wedding day.  (and yes!  we can print your parent's or grandparents wedding albums as well)

I offer the best photo booth in town, or honestly, probably in the southeast.  Oh Snap! is the name of my booth and it can be rented as part of a wedding photography package or if you have already booked a photographer for your wedding and just need a photo booth,  you can rent the booth a la carte. 

What makes my booth the best?

1)  I offer the largest selection of props ensuring the prop table(s) are full throughout the night.  I switch out props as well so that guests returning to the booth will find new and exciting props to use in their photos.

2) The monitor is a touch screen allowing the attendant a quick and easy "start" for each group as they enter the booth.

3) The monitor has live view, allowing the guests to see themselves and "primp" for their pictures.

4) A professional, well dressed human will greet your guests, explain what to expect, help them with props, direct them to sign your guest book (if you want one) and keep the booth moving and your guests having FUN!

5) Your photo strips are customized to your wedding, and can be formatted to print on 2x3 or 4x6 strips

6) The photography equipment in the booth is all professional, and set up by a professional photographer ensuring the best quality images are provided.  **BE WARY of hiring someone who is not a professional.

It's time to tell your friends and family about the wedding to come. Your first step: Send save-the-date cards to your guests. This pre-invitation card announces your wedding date and location, and also lets guests know that they will, in fact, be invited to the celebration.

Whether I am photographing your engagement session or not, I'd love to create and print your save-the-date announcements.  Get exactly what you want, save money in the process, and support a small business.  Pricing begins at $2 per announcement, allows for printing on the front and back of announcement and includes the envelope.

In my opinion, every bride should have a wedding album.  You have spent so much time, energy, effort and money on your wedding.  Your photographer will deliver you hundreds of beautiful photographs to remember your special day and what will you do with them?  Put them in a box? Put the USB in a drawer for safe keeping? NO!  Show off your special day!  The best way to do that is in a wedding album prominently displayed in your home for your guest to see & for you to look at constantly (which you will).    

Two things are certain.... I want you to have a wedding album, and  I LOVE creating wedding albums.  When it's time to create your album, you will select your favorite images online.  The next step is to select size, album covers, fabric, page style, paper style, the possibilities are endless.  I find there are generally two types of customers.  Those that say, I want to make all the decisions related to my album, and those that say, I don't know anything about it, you make it.  No matter which you are,  I will let you be as involved as you'd like, and regardless of your participation, your album will be BEAUTIFUL.

All brides will receive an online album proof to view and is allowed two rounds of corrections to get everything just perfect. 



Many brides are moving away from the standard guest book instead opting to personalize their guest books.  These beautiful hard bound books come in many sizes, can be customized to your wedding colors, typically have pictures of the happy couple throughout the book, and offer signature pages as well for your guests to sign in and write you a note.  These are 100% custom and created especially for your wedding.  The covers can be leather, linen, acrylic, or metallic.  The pages can be thick or thin, you can even have textured paper!   Pricing varies based on your choices.  I'm sure there is an option in your price range.  Give me a call and let's get started making your guest book:)     


If you would like a picture slideshow/DVD to play for your rehearsal dinner or during dinner at your wedding,  I'm happy to make one for you!  I recommend 1-3 songs, and lots and lots of pictures!  What goes on your DVD is your preference, but typically brides want to showcase the bride and groom from birth to present day.  My DVD's are made the way my client wants them, and all are different.  Wanna see an example?  Click here.
