Services offered for Schools

STANDARD YEARBOOK PHOTOGRAPHY:

If your school produces a yearbook each school year, and you are looking for consistency in images, and the "typical" school portrait, this will be a great choice!

*    Generally used by Elementary, Middle and High School's

*    You get to choose inside or outside.   Your decision here will mainly depend on your goal for the look and feel of the yearbook.

*    Props are not recommended.

*    The school will receive a "yearbook CD" to share with the yearbook committee.  Images will be labeled with student's name which will make processing a breeze!.

DAYCARE & PRESCHOOL PHOTOGRAPHY:

Picture Day at Day Care and Preschool's look and feel much different!  You might see props, hear music, and see me acting very silly!

*    Children can range in age from Newborns to 5 years old.

*    You get to choose inside or outside.

*    Props are welcome!  (and encouraged)

*    Each child will be photographed in a variety of poses allowing the parents choices.                 

TEACHER & FACULTY PHOTOGRAPHY:

If Beverly Reid Photography is your school portrait photographer, Teachers and Faculty are photographed FREE.  

*    Digital images of each staff member will be provided to the school for use on website, social media and marketing materials in digital formal only.

*    Prints are available for purchase.

*    Staff ID's are offered at an additional cost.

CAP AND GOWN PHOTOGRAPHY:

Cap and Gown pictures are so very important!  It's time to celebrate this great accomplishment and milestone!

PRESCHOOL & KINDERGARTEN -   These sessions are arranged and planned by the school and held on the school property.  

*    Each child will be photographed individually.

*    Class pictures can be taken at the school's request.

*    Your get to choose inside or outside.

*    Cap, Gown, Tassel (with year) and Scrolls recommended.

HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE

FORMAL-  These sessions are arranged and planned by the school and held on school property.  If you school does not offer these, you can schedule an appointment at my studio to obtain the same style portraits.

*    Each child will be photographed individually.

*    Class pictures can be taken at the school's request.

*    You get to choose inside or outside (inside recommended)

*    Cap, Gown, Tassel (with year), and Cords recommended.

INFORMAL -  These sessions are usually planned by the parent and are outdoors.  Sessions can be 30 minutes or 1 hour, longer if you want.  You are encouraged to bring cap, gown, tassel (with year), cords, and any other props you might like, even pets!
